Horrifying! It's like they're making fun of people with disproportionate faces. How sad. Maybe they're trying to say that children, no matter what, have the right to be adorable?

I kind of see them as an alien species being represented in a major department store. It's an attempt (craven at best) to develop a new market. We'll call it pandering. Or else it's just meant to scare the crap out of me.
