I have never seen the like of this sign. It's cool in many ways, but it confuses me. Did the city put it up? Is it an aftermarket thing that his/her parents put up? At the risk of being tasteless (yeah- like that will stop me) do they make bumperstickers and t shirts too?

I think there should be a "Special Blogger Crossing" sign in front of your apartment.:) I'm going to put one up out of love if I ever come visit.
"Special" blogger area. And my site would have to be in shades of bright purple. And I would have to be really bad at spelling...for those who think I'm a real bastard, I have a "special" sister, and love her, but have to laugh at some of the wonderfully silly things she does. It's all good!
def jam ahead
yeah... quite a tasteless sign, i agree. but it's funny i happened to randomly run across this page and this picture... because recently in my town in pennslyvania, i saw this sign ('deaf child area).. AND another sign one on top of each other. the bottom sign read... 'autism child area'. now what are the chances of having a deaf child and autism child area on the same effing block?!?! really now... seattle... scranton, pa... what's up with that.
