The Bozeman Police reports for Wednesday included the following:
€ The driver of a vehicle found in a ditch along West College Street was cited for drunken driving.€ A man on North Willson Avenue walked in on his girlfriend and best friend naked. The man assaulted his best friend.
€ Someone on South 13th Avenue complained about cats running around the neighborhood.

this made me laugh outloud.
it sorta reads like our police blotter, too.
the big news around here was that someone had snuck into someone else's garage and stole a weeding tool.
(the cynic in me, however, is waiting to read about that gruesome murder of that socialite found with a weeding tool potruding out her eye socket). rock on, sistah...slipped disc and all.
It just kills me. There is more mayhem produced in Bozeman by the local wildlife than by all of the humans combined. How wholesome. I suspected for years that the police reports where whitewashed for publication- and a police friend pretty much confirmed it. This is only a choice snippet. There was one earlier in the week about a sick moose in someone's yard.
