what is the cop meaning for 10-20?
by the way, a few weeks ago i read something in the NY Times which said cop codes are going the way of history. too many codes, and too individualized to the myriad PO-leece departments. Instead, they're just gonna call them like they are: "robbery in progress" and all that. instead of 211.
10-20 = location. The boy had a real fondness for CB radio lingo back in the day.
I heard about the regional code issue a while back. I think it would be fun to make one up. Just to mess with the system.
